How to Use
Making perfect idlies and dosas is now simple with Vaigai Food’s batter. Just follow these easy steps:
Rinse
Rinse the outer pack before opening.
Salt
Cut open and add salt as needed
Idlies
For Idlies: Stir well, pour into idly molds, and steam until soft and fluffy.
Dosas
For Dosas: Add a little water to thin the batter to a pouring consistency.
Mix
Mix well before spreading on a hot pan for evenly crisp dosas.
Serve
Serve hot with chutney, sambar, or your favorite side dish.
